Augusta Ventures, LLC and Excess Development, LLC have acquired 121 acres in north-east Midlothian.

Augusta Ventures has developed the land into one of the premier single family residential neighborhoods in Ellis County. The 110 lot, gated neighborhood was completed in the fall of 2020.
